Still Legal, LLC is knowledgeable in a wide variety of practice areas, but specializes in Matrimonial Law. Among our services are Mediations for Separations, Pre and Post-Nuptial Agreements, Child Custody, Visitation, and Pro Se Uncontested Dissolution of Marriage packets, with or without Marital Settlement Agreements.
Our most utilized service is Uncontested Divorces, which we can file anywhere in southern New York State. No appearance is required for an uncontested divorce, and all paperwork can be done via email or mail. Our clients just provide the information necessary to obtain a divorce and sign the paperwork when it’s time- we do ALL the filing to get them divorced.
Additionally, we provide Notary and Loan Signing Agent services for Real Estate Closings throughout Bronx and Westchester counties, as well as Deed and transfer tax document preparation. As a Remote Notary Public, we are fully able to witness the execution of real estate transactions, documents, and even Estate Planning documentation virtually.
Still Legal, LLC also does Estate Planning, and helps individuals prepare Last Will & Testament and agent documents, including Power of Attorney, HealthCare Proxy, Living Will and Guardian Designation, and Revocable/Irrevocable Trust. Additionally, we provide probate and administration support in Bronx, Queens, New York, Westchester and Rockland Counties for clients who finds themselves in need of settling a loved one’s estate after they have passed.
